2 May, 2009, early morning we took MAS from KLIA to Phuket, guess what, the flight cost only RM5 per person, we got it from MAS deal of the day. but that's only one way flight, our returning flight is AirAsia. MAS serve food even for this short 2 hours flight, that seems nice to me. sorry, I used to take AirAsia, didn't expect 2 hours flight is served with light meal.

Cutting the flight experience short, we arrived Phuket airport at 11+ am, the driver from Sala Phuket resort is waiting for us outside the airport. we're greeted and helped to carry the luggage to the car, drinks and towel provided.

Arrived the resort, we went check in, another drinks and towel provided there. we're then led to our room. it's as nice as seen in the photos. Large room with a pool next to it. after taking a short rest, we started to walk around the resort to discover what's around. At one of the desk near the reception, it is the local tour info and arrangement office. after some thought and discussion, we decided to take the Phuket Fantasea (3rd day) and Patong (2nd day) visit.

We then went to the spa centre to book a time slot for the complementary spa provided with the room package. Our 4D 3N package inclusive of 3 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, 1 complementary spa for 2 person, 1 complementary dinner, airport transfer, and discount on other services.

Returned to the room, rest and relax until dinner time, we choose to have it at the roof. It is breezy and cold that night, considered nice weather, but we waited quite long until the dinner is served. Done our dinner and that's it for day 1.

Day 2, just relax within the resort during the day and went Patong at night.

Day 3, relax within the resort as well, but in addition to that, we booked another round of spa, enjoy and like it very much. Then went Phuket Fantasea in the evening. It's more like a mini-size Disney land. The entrance ticket inclusive of a buffet dinner, eat as you wish, they got really lots of choices there. Took an elephant ride before dinner and right after dinner, it's the show time, went to the hall, sit and wait for it to start. The show give me similar feels like the ANIMAGIQUE in Paris Disneyland, but with different story. The Fantasea is more towards their culture, dance and history.

Day 4, had our breakfast, relax for awhile, pack and ready to leave.

The staff are quite friendly and they actually greet you whenever they met you, wherever you are.

The package itself cost Thai Bhatt (THB) 21,600 and tax of 4,077 which totalled to THB 25,677.
